Booking Conditions

Prices are for 7 days.

Changeover day is Friday. You are welcome to arrive from 3pm on the start date. We ask that you vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of departure so that we have enough time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests.

Stratton House may be available for short breaks out of season. A discount may be given for last minute bookings (within 3 weeks of arrival date). Please ring for more information.

A deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking. The balance of the payment is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Payment can be made by cheques or bank transfer.

Stratton House welcomes careful pet owners. Up to 2 pets are accepted on the basis that no sign of the pet is evident on departure, in the house or garden. Pets are not allowed into the bedrooms or to be left alone in the house. Any damage or extra cleaning costs will be charged for within 14 days of your departure.
