Stratton House is positioned in the picturesque village of Burton Fleming, with easy access to Scarborough, Bridlington and the Yorkshire Wolds. It has recently undergone a major refurbishment and has been finished to a particularly high standard by the owners themselves. It has been lovingly decorated and furnished and the modern underfloor heating and log burner gives it a cosy, welcoming feel.
Stratton House provides excellent accommodation for families or couples who enjoy walking and cycling including the famous Wolds Way. You can also relax and enjoy a home cooked meal by the owners while you enjoy your stay here. There is a large fantastic West facing fenced garden (so a sun trap on summer evenings) with a stone patio 5m x 4m and a raised grass and planted area with fantastic garden lighting over steps and patio. Table, chairs and BBQ to the rear of the property are also provided.
You can come and visit the stunning landscapes close by that inspired David Hockney to paint this beautiful part of East Yorkshire, spend your time at one of the beaches close by or visit some of the many attractions in the area.
